New Grower Where to put Oscillating Fans on flowering plant

I mean I'm just using a oscillation fan blowing the heat away from the hps as I haven't got a cool tube. I done a grow last year outside and had to throw my nutes away as they only last for a year after they been open how far away do you have a 400w hps away from seedling then vegging and when they are in full flower?

oh now i get ya haha yeh thats fine mate. yeh biobizz nutes only last 12-24 months depending on how well there kept. organics n all that. what kind of reflector are you using ?
