Mephisto Genetics Which Mephisto strain(s) should I grow?

Hey everyone!
I've been a lurker for quite some time now, let me start by saying that this resource is just amazing, I learned so much stuff it's incredible! I won't start my grow before September, but since it seems that Mephisto seeds come and go I might as well buy them now for then.

So, I will start my first (mj) grow in autumn, in a 1.2mx1.2m (or 1x1, not sure yet), with a 600hps with cooltube. I'll grow 4 plants at a time - legal reasons - and I live in northern Europe; hopefully it won't be too cold for the ladies.

I've been doing some research, and decided to go for autos and especially Mephisto. I only ever read great things about them so I'm very excited!
I'm here looking for recommendations on which strain(s?) to choose for these first grows.
I have a couple of needs:
- time : I'll be starting mid-September and leaving around Christmas for at least two weeks. This means that I'll have three months from seed to weed (curing included). I believe it's doable, but of course the faster the better to avoid surprises;
- effect : Girlfriend and I usually vape at the end of the day in front of Netflix, and we tend to get a bit sleepy so I prefer to avoid pure chouchlocky indica. We're mostly after a creative/arousing/energetic high, but we don't mind being super stoned if it doesn't mean we'll be asleep after 5 minutes! We both have a low tolerance and we try to microdose, but the stuff available around here is very potent.

That's all, I guess. Please take into account that this will be my first weed grow, I know some stuff about gardening but I'm still a newbie so a forgiving strain would be best. I'm planning to grow 4 plants this first time and 5 after January, so I was thinking of buying 3 seeds from 3 different strains if it makes sense. I'll be keeping thing as easy as possible for these first times because I'm afraid to mess things up, so will probably follow Mitch's recommendations (biobizz lightmix+allmix+perlite; biotabs; 15-18L pots).

If my description sounds like something you grew and liked, if you think I should order now before a particular strain is out of order, or if it would be better to wait because the perfect variety is coming out in a month.... Let me know! I did some research and pinpointed some options that I think would work, but I'd rather listen to you and your experience

Im really bad when it comes to strains and what they will do to ya but i cant say enough good things about mephisto beans. Im probably around the 70 plants grown mark and they never fail to impress me. Sour crack stands out as my favorite, small and fast plant, always produces amazing stinky trees i stash for myself.

Welcome! I joined here less than a year ago after being an avid forum member on The Tech Game - switching up my activities from hacking Call of Duty to growing some plants. I've grown a plethora of mephistos so far and I'm still making my way thru their catalogue. So far, my favorites have been sour stomper, beary white, the white train, and toofless alien. Currently I've got sodk, sour bubbly, heisenburg special, skystomper, and Skylar white finishing up in the next few weeks, and I'll be starting grape crinkle, northern cheese haze, stilton special, sour livers, 3 bears og, and chemdogging.

Due to time limitations I would say sour crack as well to make sure they're done and dried properly so u can start a good cure before u leave. U wanna make sure they're humidity inside the jars is stable so u don't start mold or something. Would really suck to have your first harvest ruined. Make sure u read the auto grower guide mephisto just posted here. Great info for a new auto grower. Also make sure u read how to properly dry and cure your flowers. To me that's one of the most important parts.

Sour crack it is I guess
I think I will complement it with some grape crinkle and a third one I still haven't choose. Both toofless alien and chemdogging seem nice.

Hmmm not too sure about sour crack if you don't want a very heavy stone! SC is very indica dominant and quite a heavy hit.

I personally think you would be better off with a nice 50/50 style hybrid.

Toofless Alien is awesome. Easy to grow. Fast. Yields well. Lovely smoke.

Sour Stomper is also a good hybrid. And pretty fast. And also has sour crack in it

For me, Sour Stomper vapes quite well. Sour Crack is the faster strain, finished in roughly 60/65 days from sprout whereas Sour Stomper finished around 70/75 days from sprout. Both buds are terrific and cure quickly.

I suggest getting some Boveda 62% paks to put into your storage container. I use cvaults to store my bud, but other containers can also be used. The important part is to place the Boveda 62% paks in the storage container to aid in curing and storing.

Your choice of breeder is excellent. Mephisto is on the cutting edge of autoflower genetics. Even their freebies are better than most other breeders' offerings!

Sour stomper is also potentially a fast strain. 65 days is very doable.

Toofless alien is out of order, Sour stomper will be back in 3 weeks and there's limited availability on the Grape crinkle (I went through @NoRobo's thread and it's a frost monster... so beautiful!).
The question remains...order now or wait?

@Microwave yeah mate, was planning on buying some boveda packs for my jars, but tbh I totally forgot about it when filling up my cart... so thanks for reminding me! Much appreciated!
