Hey guys, Day 30 from sprout update:

Sorry it's not very comprehensive, as I have a horrible hangover, will try and get some nicer shots next weekend.

As you can see, I've staked the plants, and tied them to open them up where appropriate.

Still think there is some nice growth/stretch to come, as the leaves on the new tops are increasing in size.

Let me know what you think anyway, if you like. Ta Mitch

Hey guys, Sunday update, few more pics now there's some candy to look at.

Day 37 from sprout.

Coming on nicely, The Pink OGre have stayed more compact than I would have liked. But it's my first time growing them, so who knows!
I think I should have left them a few more days to get settled in the bigger pots before topping. But that's what an experiment is for :)

It's working out OK though, kind of like a colliseum, the smaller Pink OGRE in the centre, with the Larger White Citrus around the outside. The height difference is around 10cm at this stage between the strains.

odd that the PO is staying smaller than your white c? with those ogre genetics you think she'd really stretch out. was the cross pink bud female x ogre male? or ogre female x pink male?

Hey man, I'll give you the info I have.

I thought they would be fairly equal in size to be honest (The WC and Pink Ogre) , but when I think back to last round, the OGRE and White Citrus weren't too different in size. Perhaps 10cm height difference in favour of the OGRE on the ones I left to grow naturally.

The details I have for the Pink OGRE cross are 'It was several Large PinkSalad females that showed up in the F2's, much bigger and branchier than the typical Pheno's that are more suited to an AF-SOG arrangement. Quite a small percentile, something in the region of 5 in 100 females. Hit with 2 of the best OGRE males'.

These F1's do seem Pink Salad dominant, I'm told F2's are in the works so those could be interesting.

It's kind of hard to tell with the topping and training etc, But I'd like to grow them again and have a look at their natural structures.

I struggle to get good pictures with lights off, else I'd do a Group shot, but in the scheme of things the canopy is pretty even at the moment, so I'm hopefull for a good result in about 4 weeks time.

Cheers for stopping by, Mitch

Looking really nice Mitch starting to frost up nicely can't wait to see it in there in a few weeks :bong:
