Neem oil will kill white fly nymphs, but by direct contact only. If you use it, make sure to get every inch of the plant, and use a good surfactant at labeled rates to improve coverage.
Strips work, but only to a point. As eP said, these little bastards are very resistant to insecticides.

1/4 tsp of Dawn dish-soap / 1 gallon every other feeding seems to work. However I noticed over the years that if your humidity is off, even Superman cant kill the nasties.

TO AFN BRO

I use a product called CB-80, It's a flushing and contact spray. It is made out of Pyrethrins, a botanical insecticide.
It is safe to use in restaurants, hospitals , and a whole lot of other places. It leaves no residue. I just shut off my exhaust fan, and give 2 small shots of it in my tent and close it up for 4-5 minutes. I leave the circulation fans on to move it all around the tent. Then turn the fan back on. I will wait 3-4 more days then do this 1 more time, to get any more that may have hatched. This product will kill any insect that just gets near it.
I usually don't have any insect issues, but I have had to do this once with 2 of my grows. Hope this will help.
