so after my last plant stunted early on and had to be pulled, image.jpg I have reassessed my planting method and decided to restart with a white 'n' bubbly seed.

My medium is 80% soil and 20% perlite with a touch of diotomaceous Earth mixed through to raise ph of the soil, and up the silica content. I will be growing in a 120l space brute, under 200w cfl to start and moved over to 300w vipar led around day 20. Temps steady at around 22 celcius and 60% rh 24/0. image.jpg

I have prepared my soil and loosely watered with a pint of 6.8 water. I have also set a white 'n' bubbly seed to soak in a shot glass in my airing cupboard. image.jpg

Here we go again!

Looking good remember in seedling stage less is better in terms of water. Don't keep pot on the cold floor and don't overwater. She will be nice tree! I'll be lurking here I'm subbed if you need anything quick just @Krypt247 tag me and I'll be around quick as I can.

Just got home and my seed has sunk so it's gone into the soil. The top had slightly dried out from the cfls so I misted the soil and added a humidity dome over top of plant site. Now for the waiting game.

It's best to germ till tap root I find... Then into soil.

So my girl has broken soil today. The cfls were really drying the top of the soil out so I gave it a decent misting and got my first glimpse of her. Just a slight bit of stem at the moment so I'll get a pick when she pops through proper. I do like this way of planting. No way to damage the tap root, nice and quick and 100% success so far.

Day 1. She has properly popped up now. Top soil is drying out very fast so keeping up with the misting, and have dome over her which is helping a bit.

The soil can dry out a little it won't hurt anything, overwater her and she won't get oxygen and will stunt.

Not a lot to report, day three and a small bit of growth so far. First set of leaves coming through.
