When should I stop LST? Once vertical growth stops?? I LST, this round, for 40 days but it seems now that I would get no extra benefit from continuing to LST b/c all my "colas"/side branches have developed heads and are all growing at the same rate......or should I still LST to get light penetration down on the lower growth?

Lst gives you the freedom to do whatever you think is necessary to get more light on the buds
