5 day old seedling seems stunted,first set of leaves emerged day two and have now stopped growing,second set seem stuck and have not emerged.growing in straight promixbx,seedling is under 23watt cfl ,temps 80-84..any clues?

I will be sure to do that Nam,I should tell you Ive been growing autos now for a bit,this widow being my 10th and have never seen this before,i should also mention this is my first time using promix-bx from germination thru the grow,I guess my question would be could this be the issue?I will post a pic as soon as I can,appreciate the advice
