I dont hear alot about freedom of seeds here but i like reg auto seeds not the fems. and am new to autos

in their reg auto seed descript. they keep saying : grow 12/12 light cycle indoors, this way will result in denser and tighter buds.
yeah.. WTF this seems to contridict every other info about auto grow light cycle.

man i hope this isnt a cover up for not being auto.. heh heh.. they said they use x ryder for genetics.

I got some crystal dwarf from them but no room to run them for awhile... there going to be run on 18/6. if i wanted to do 12/12 id still be running photos.

if any one has any feed back about their 12/12 recomendation please post... hope this is the right forum to post this.

Not trying to demean any seed company but it sounds like they don't know what they're talking about, I wouldn't touch their seed :2cents:

some autos call for a 12-16 light on cycle. Ultra Lemon Haze specifically.

hey i got a few pack going including one 5 pack of easy cheese regular autoflowers from freedom of seeds and i'm gunna run 20/4 from start to finish so if there not auto ill get the word out. FoS r new on the tude so i figure why not give them a try every one needs a opertunity to show what they can bring to the table and if they deliver i'll have more seed to play with i just hope there auto cause the 12/12 comment they make had me pause for a sec too. But hey they have regular version of cheese ni like cheese n i want to be free from having too buy seeds so the name freedom of seeds is not so bad if thats what they can deliver i dont c why they wont find there place in the mix of things.

im sure many more people know about freedom of seeds i wish they would join autoflower.net and start a thread were we can ask them directly so if Freedom of seeds is out there n reads this off a google search or some bing search of them selfs well when u find this post please join us we have so many questions to ask you like how did freedom of seeds start? who runs it? how long have you been around? and why the 12/12 comment is thats not odd for autoflowers? have u compared it aginst 20/24? if so what were the differences? yeild? potency? its the first time a breeder suggest a 12/12 for autos as far as i know so what made u do it? lol same question different form. well i think we have more questions than answers about Freedom of Seeds right now. But in the end if they are listed on the attitude then i trust enough in attitude to know Freedom of Seeds is ok to be trusted as well and as respectful members of a lagandary seedbank the attitude wouldnt carry any thing less than what we as growers expect i just wish they had dr.greenthumb genetics for purchase i really wanna try the irainian autoflower but any ways i want more info Freedom of Seeds/

Freedom of Seeds nececitamos saver por que recomiendan 12/12 para sus semillas autoflorecente si nos pueden dar mas informacion sovre su linias de autos mas fotos y videos por favor y agan se miembros de esta cumunidad gracias se lo apreciamos

In short, because they are not autos. if ultra lemon haze needs 16/8 then it is a photo, not an auto.

Autoflowering plants do not need a light cycle change to flower. If the plant does, it's not an auto in my eyes.

Just so you know that iranian auto is a light sensitive and not auto plant. IMHO you'd be paying an insultingly high price for mediocre weed from small plants.:2cents:

yes I second Mr Piggy, I was warned by others that felt like being fooled by a book cover or title - many weeds have exotic or exciting names but they are just that - names and I am here on AFN to save money by learning from the mistakes of others :toke:

Ready in 6 weeks? Sign me up!

"She is ready in 6 weeks but she will keep getting bigger if grown longer. Inside, clones finish about 3 - 4 feet high, outdoors they finish between 4 - 5 feet high. Huge buds that produce large yields with a reliable Romulan sting. With a guardian Angel indoor finishing time 45 days. Outdoor End of September, Approx Yield: 400 - 450 grams per square meter Mostly and indica."

That seems like a very interesting ploy. With all the reviews and breeders here, it would be hard for me to stray too far away from things that are already working for other people. I recommend, especially if you are new to growing period, starting with a known auto strain from a journal of someone who had great results or someone who used a similar setup. You can see what was successful for them and adapt it to your own situation.

I hope we don't start to see more 'autos' that needs a 12/12 light cycle.

just seen this when i was looking and have to share that i got some jack auto freebies from attitude. I was pretty excited at first just because it was a genetic that i wasnt planning on having. So far i have had some family things going on and might not be giving it the care that it deserves, with that said my easy ryders and lowryder # 2's are flowering nicely. The jack has shown sex for sure but only at the main node on the plant and i am about 43 days in. i am really beginning to wonder if it might be more of a light sensitive plant. If i could bring my self to throw it out i would for sure. I am not saying they are all bad but based on the representation that this genetic has made i will not be going through them again. I have some of the little kushy auto's also but was waiting on those. I still hope for the best but am definitely leery!
