Is it just me or does this store always seem to be closed? What's the trick to ordering mephisto gear? I've tried going to the website a dozen times the last month and everytime everything is either out of stock or unavailable.... I really want to try the genetics but jesus getting my hands on them are proving to be a PITA. Does anyone know if the store will be open before the 20th as I have no interest in the only 4 strains that will be on sale... thanks in advance.
The store has been open to European and rest of world orders the last two months, and is open currently to the US too and has been since Monday, we’ll close it next Thursday morning so there’s a break/division in orders before the promo starts on Friday. We’ll then close the store for a couple of days after the drop so those orders can be taken care of. Following that it should be open long term without interruption.
Unfortunately we’ve had a bunch of trouble with our US distribution this year. The sole original chap was too unreliable which forced us to change personnel, so we switched to a seedbank that deal with a lot of brands but the way we did things and the way they did things didn’t gel well, so we’re now with a new gentleman and so far so good, finally. It’s been a stressful period and we’re looking forward to smooth operations more than anyone.
Also just to note, sometimes we’re not totally out of stock of a strain, but we can be temporarily out of stock if we’re waiting for a re-supply to get to the States from Europe, this re-supply process usually takes a couple of weeks. This is the case currently for AVT and 3 Bears og as examples.
Or we can be fully out of stock whereby we’ll be out of stock of something for 4 months whilst it’s reproduced, that’s a worst case scenario timescale from being fully out to having it back. But we usually try to reproduce items in advance of them selling out to reduce that waiting time. We have Toof decay being reproduced now and it will be back in June-time. As someone mentioned above, there’s a lot of strains in the catalogue to manage so keeping everything in stock all at once is no small feat,

Regarding pick n mixes, we wanted to keep things simple for our new distributor, and avoid a baptism of fire. We’ll discuss it with them and perhaps they’ll be back.
