running RDWC 750 PPM (green planet hydro fuel), 5.7 pH, 45-55 RH, 65-75F temp. 25 gallons filtered water, two reservoirs with 2 one inch undercurrent lines and a waterfall pumped rez1 one to rez2. a 600 and a 250 watt MH cooltube setup. The bubble stones are working better in rez1, but the waterfalls in rez2 are doing a bang up job keeping it aerated.

advice needed, I have two questions.

1. When a pH up spike occurred, why did rez1 get stunted but not the waterfally rez2 ? Is this an oxygenation issue or a water current issue?

2. The second is about adding seedlings to a rez with a veg ppm already established. I will be hand feeding water to the rockwool till the roots hit the water, have anyone fried their seedlings this way? What should I do about it that I havnt thought of? Keep the rockwool higher perhaps?

I'm concerned, because I'm mixing a photo period plant in the same system with two 1 month old auto's. I want to make sure nothing stunts it, so the light schedule lines up.

a pic showing the stunted ones vs the healthy ones in week 3 after full recovery. As seedlings, rez1 were looking really bad. Meanwhile rez2 was fine, both plants were perfect.
