They're both using up their leaves now, can you fit one more watering in before 4/20 (only 4 days away..) if so, I think that'd be the best bet.. has it been 7+ days with the two waterings (by 4/20) ? I bet you're glad you waited.

HAPPY 420 It is Whack-it day
Well I can not stand it anymore. and Now I don't have to. Day 116 and she is going down. So I cut each branch, trim the big leaves off and hang correct ? I trim the small leaves on buds after it hangs a couple days right ? then I think I am going to try the freezer after just 3 or 4 days hanging. Yes WG you and Squid great call on letting it go. I am no genius but I can see some big yeild increase in the last 2 weeks, even with almost no leaves on it it was (is) still fattening up. It seems to have slowed down and I want to try the other part of growing now. SMOKING uh I Mean Curing. After the hanging I think I will get the Beast out and hang her. Then we can start anew. Got to run to maw in laws so CHop CHop and off I go. I will update later. Dayum guys we made it. woooo hooooo :hug: :five: :dance2:

Ok does it look alright ? now wait 3 or 4 days then put in jars ? I will read in the curing threads tomorrow and get some humidity and temp checks. I still have the beast to go so I am not done yet. But I have to say it one more time and surly not the last. THANKS SO MUCH AFN I could not have done any of this without you. ESPECIALLY my main man SQUID. but thanks to all of you. Thats one thing off the bucket list.

I typically don't let the buds touch while drying, some folks.. close the bags up and put them in a room with 35-40% RH and check em in 4 days. I don't even open the bag in the first 4 days.. something about gasses as the leaves break down and slowly escaping out of the bag, rah rah.. it's stoner lore, but it works. :thumbs:

OK WG I will get another couple bags tomorrow and separate them, WOW Thanks for the rep. Squid deserves it more than I do. I am so shocked that I grew that. I know it is not a master piece, but it is a start. and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get the next one going. Thanks for the help brutha and I will keep the beast updated. The buds on that thing are sweeeeeet looking to me. And to think I called her the ugly one. LOL OK I am rambling and it feels so good.
well I checked the ones in the bags last night, and it was the first time I opened the bags. My temp had been around 76 and RH 36% but the stems still just bent no cracking or snapping whatsoever. few more days I guess. I think the Pink Pot is dying from grief of having her sister chopped up, because it is def. ready to be plucked also. But I need to get some more paper bags. I am going to go to the harvest/cure forum and see what kind of temp/RH thing goes into the jars. I sure have been enjoying the little trimmings though

Well Time for number 2
I really think I slacked off on the last couple of weeks on this one. However it is a trooper for durability, and again I am just tickled to def to have buds looking this great. Thanks Squid. And U2 WG. I have a quick question on the curing. I might have made the cardinal sin on drying the first one by drying to much. I put my RH/TEMP Meter in with the buds in my mason jar and the RH settled at 49% so I Breathed some hot air in it and sealed it up it has brought it up to 52% I can blow in it some more and bring it up, My Question is did it stop doing it's thing at 49% humidity ? oh and temp has been a steady 74-76 degrees F. Here are some more pics of the last one.
