I agree. Whatever you have the option for, as in the most cfls you can put in there, do that. Since you have the single cfls, you can always unscrew 1-2 at a time if it's too hot with all 8 or whatever added. Then you'll know the max amount you can handle. Maximize, that's what I wanna do now. You have great looking plants we just need to get them budding out!

WG so right, I have slapped squid in private for how he helps new growers, He is truly a guide thru the journey and I know they appreciate it. A great example of all thats good on AFN.

PP vs BP

Well I was wondering, because of the width of the jacked up Pink Pot, Instead of chopping it up, the buds are all so tiny compared to the Beige pot. Maybe If I split them up. 12 hours each in the light, then I can just use the bedroom closet for dark time. That way each plant would get all the light 12 on and 12 in closet. One in closet and one in tent then just swap them every twelve hrs.

so Can I put the pink one in the closet (that sounds funny) and keep the beige one on schedulm but when it is time for lights out I will just swap them from tent to closet. I think it is a BRIGHT IDEA :clap: But then again I am da rookie. I am just thinking it would give each plant lots of light and room to be in tent by itself. that Pink Pot is like 28 inches across tent is only 36in lol Next time I will LST I am reading the how to's and the why's now, so I am not just imitating pictures but know why I am doing it (LMAO :dance2 OK I am rambling blame it on those leaves I cut last week. let me know what you think. PS: I slacked off today and did not go get anymore lights I promise I will tomorrow.

If you're able to do that, that'd do you quite a bit of justice.. but as the buds beef up, the smell gets stronger brother. Is that okay where you are?

Funny you should ask. Yea it's Ok just had to tell the bug man to hold off this quarter. But the wife unit says she thinks she is allergic to them and keeps closing the bedroom door. Yes they smelled great when I brought them out for the photo shoot. But if she is going to keep that door closed all I have to do is empty the winter clothes out of it. Great so the Pink Pot will end up with 24 hrs dark cycle this one time, hell it can't hurt it. I have to admit the only reason I purchased the NL was because it said it was a good beginner plant very hardy. And I have to say that it has been that. I will start that in the morning at 6 am I leave for work at 0545 and I am home around 1630 so It should work out OK. Hopefully Squid agrees LOL It's his grow I am just the arms :five: Thanks WG

Does sound like a good plan, a lot of moving everyday though. Well...not a lot, but just have to make sure you stay on it every 12 hours. I too am concerned about the smell. When they get in full flower that shit is intense and the one outside the tent in the dark closet with no carbon ventilation could stink up your whole room and/or house. It might not, but it could. Guess you may just have to try and find out. Is it just not enough space in the tent or you need more light?

Well to be honest I think If I could have done some training they would probably fit ok, but as they are they just get in each others way of the light. They are either intermingled with each other or to close to the lights on the side or all up in the fan, just a pain in general. I picked up 2 150w replacement, 42w 2700 lumen, 2700k bulbs at wally world and man did they help. So now I have the 1 (125w overhead) the 2 (42w) and 4 (23w) So now I have to ask the obvious, Only as a last result could I trim the Pink Pot as much as needed so they both fit. I think I would rather have one real good producer instead of 2 half ass producers. I could also try some serious bondage at that point, It wouldn't hurt huh ? But I think I have enough lumens to handle both now if the smell gets to odoriferous outside the tent. I will get you some pics tomorrow maybe.
I watered both with bubbled rain water 6.2 pH , 5ml of TB, 5ml of BB,
Beige Pot 6.2 in 6.6 out so soil pH = 7.0 Pink Pot 6.2 in 6.8 out so soil pH = 7.4 This is the hardest part. I think a lot of it has to do with the rain water. Going to go with the reverse O water from Winn Dixie next time. I had about a half inch run off in the water catcher under Beige pot about 1330. When I went to swap the 2 plants around 1800 that half inch of water has been absorbed. and man it seems like the flowers went nuts. Well I am just crossing my fingers we make it to number 2 grow.
