New Grower will this cause stress?

Ok guys i run my lights 20/4. well today the lights had been off only a little over an hour and i accidently hit the switch to turn the light on without knowing

The light came back on for about a minute, then i noticed, panicked, and immediately turned it back off.

Ever since my AutoMazar grew balls on my last run i been super cautious to put the least amount of stress possible on my plants, and until now everything has gone smooth now that lil f**k up has me kinda mervous

i know light fluctuations can cause stress which can lead to a hermie, so should i be worried?

i mainly just ask because my last grow when my AutoMazar grew a ton of balls i couldnt think of anything i did wrong or that would be stressful other than my light schedule got messed up a few times so i figured that was what did it, i didnt want the same to happen to these babies :

Well it was a female and it showed pistils and everything, one day while inspecting though i noticed a bunch of what looked like balls, i posted on here and everyone said yea it had "bananas" by that im guessing they meant male parts lol and no problem man :smokebuds:
