ok guys need some advice cuz im totaly new to LED and you are totaly responsive and true insiders..and im sure there are other folks who would like to now witch LED is ideal for 4x4 (120x120x200cm) tent?!

Currently im using 600w HPS and im planing to switch tp LEDs..somehow im convinced LED could give the same/or slightly better, with smaller wattage?!..correct me if im wrong, please.

In my country due to high international shipping costs im shortened on few manufactures on home market.
my current fawourite is KIND led witch comes in 300/450/750/1000w power.. witch one would you guys recomend?!

also on the market are Trilite Trilied 200w LED, and Bud Master OD (osram deluxe)...does anyone have some info on these lights?!

Also ive read Bilbos guide, but i got confused when talked about that 300w led works accutally on 200w due not working on 100% power :/ hahahahah..
so small help on that :)

:thanks:

When I grow in a 4x4, I utilize two led lights. I would rather have two led lights with a little less wattage for a better spread, than just one higher wattage light for all plants.

ok...that what i was thinking... can you give me some kind of wattage that would be ok?!

@BigSm0 is it true that led are used on their 50-70% power because if they are running on 100%power that would be too much ?!

by pushing an led to full potential you would lose efficiency. Which would increase the light output but also increase the heat output. The biggest thing to look for in buying an LEDs is the facts that most companies don't disclose. Photon to heat ratio, Watts are irrelevant, you can double the light output with a 60% efficient panel vs a 30% efficient panel. That's why most experienced led guys use cobs. To achieve the highest efficiency and be cost affective small LEDs are not the best choice.

If you have the money to spend, i've been running a 400w black dog phytomax in my 4'x4' recently with much success

Your space will require the same strength and core coverage area as a 600 watt HPS.
