Freezing outside with no fan = 92 with my 600w (it's a cooltube) in a 2x3 space, it depends on the size of the space too. To give comparison, my closet w/ cooltube and fan on is usually 66-68 (I have to turn the baseboard on to reach mid 70's.. but my intake is fresh air and my exhaust is to the outside, so.. that makes a difference too.
