Live Stoner Chat would you grow autos if cannabis was legal

I have never grown photos as it's Autoflowers that brought me to the brave new world of Canna growing. Having said that, I will be growing two photos ( Amherst Sour Diesel and Durban Poison) outdoors next year. Will however continue to grow Autos, cos they are fun and fast and easy to hide in a large garden, and as mentioned already, one can try many strains along the way.....
I think I would carry on growing both irrespective of a change in the law.

I think I will always grow both autos and photos, regardless of legality. They each have their benefits. Hell, I would even grow hemp if I could, both for fiber and ornamental appeal.

I do love autos in my indoor grow.. and will always grow them.. your right you do have the advantage of more varieties per space. and im satisfied with the potency and taste of my autos. im going to be growing some emerald triangle autos soon ....they say 22-23% thc strong enough for me!

kind of daydreaming last night of the future 30 years from now. where growing cannabis will be like growing tomatoes.. seeds will be 3$ a pack.. priced like cigs. no more ripoffs cause they grow fields of it like corn.. yeah I can dream on

I like autos for alot of reasons. 1 I can hide a indoor grow easier and the kids don't know and what few if any visitors come over also have no idea unless its stink week! photos are very cool just much much larger. some photos yield a pound. I cant run a mother room a bud room cloning station photos can be kinda a pain.. but still worth it if your needing pounds of bud..

I love autos, I believe they were first and breed out to be photos. I would do both. I want an auto dr grinspoon, or even taste a grinspoon. I may be crazy but I believe there is a semi auto trait out there too. Ive known a guu that sexed his plants then reveged but 1 kept flowering in 24 lights. Could have been an auto that coincidentally started flowering when he went to bloom lighting but ive read other storys of simular experience and most threw the plants away! But wouldnt it be rad if some plants have a trait that would continue to flower once its initiated. Veg a plant how you want it with all the lst, supercropping, topping you want and when shes sexy looking drop the lights till she starts then flip the lights back and just watch the growth take off. Maybe im high....actually its not a maybe

O nater thats sounds so perfect. Id also like to see a auto dr grinspoon.
the thing about MJ nater is we know about 30% of what canna is or can do because of represion and lack of years study or studies that were covered up and never told. us humans have only masterd growing and breeding. everything else is new ground.

I have heard of what you may be referring to as a semi-auto also. Ive heard of a trait where plants will veg as long as the photoperiod is consistent, but any decrease in photoperiod will initiate flowering, and once flowering starts, there is no stopping it. I dont know if this has been isolated or not, but it would be interesting if it is possible or true.

Cannabis is legal where I'm at.
I grow both autos and photos.
As previously mentioned, they both have their advantages/qualities.
