Yes and no.

You'd have to create a thread (called a "topic" now on Discourse) on Discourse.
Then you'd have to create a thread here.

But posting on one wouldn't post on the other. So you'd be posting twice, once on each site.

Your best bet is to honestly complete what you have going here, but start posting over there for new threads.
