I am looking at a possible Thread Export to PDF option for here. While not perfect, the one that looks potentially promising allows up to 500 posts to be exported in a thread at once.

If that doesn't work; @Mañ'O'Green has a test thread where is just copied and paste from here to there, and this is how it turned out:
