-- oy! don't do that, more is not better past a certain point,...2x is way too much, and will start a whole new set of issues,... in many cases, you'll not see a reversing of symptoms, you're looking for halting or slowing of progression...particularly with a plant well into bloom,...
have you checked calibration of your pH meter?... run-off is not a accurate gauge of actual in-pot pH, just too crude,.. but at 6.5, you at least know it's not badly off, barring the meter being in calibration,... also, different strains, even pheno's, can have different tolerances and preferences for nutes,... The genetics are not the issue here,...
