High all.

I have 1 mandala#1 5 weeks in bloom and she has two leafs with yellow/white spots on, almost looking like bleeching from a LED lamp.

Not using LED tho...

She started out in a 3liters air pot with coco during veg... and was getting Canna coco A+B every watering and cannazym every now and then.
Ec: 0.9
ph 5.6-6.0
During veg.

Repotted her into a 15liter airpot for bloom and upped the canna A+B to 1.0 and did so for the 4 first weeks of bloom, the last 7 days i have cut back on A+B to an ec of 0.6-0.7 and then using RIPEN to get ec to 1.0

I have her under a 400w hps and temps and rh is good in my grow room.

The rest of the plant is looking real good with green healthy leafs.

Ok here a some pictures of one of the leafs (the worst looking one by far)

What can this be?

Have you checked under the leaves for pests?

Sir yes sir, clean as a babys butt (if that ass is clean).

If it just went white, I'd say iron deficiency
I cant remember if the spots starting out yellow and then turning white like bleech...
And like i said it is only on two leafes....both in the middle of the plant.

Thanks for sharing guys.

I had an iron def once and the leaves went white as hell real quick. That was the most distinctive symptom.

Hope it's just leaves being leaves :)

Well my yellow/white spots have been there for 1-2 weeks and are not getting worse.

Definitely not bleaching or an iron deficiency. Bleaching would occur on the top leaves, those closest to the light, and would show as a yellow/white discoloration starting at the center of the leaves and working outward toward the tips. It would cover the entire leaf, not spotted. Same with iron. There wouldn't be spotting but an overall whitish color over the whole leaf. Given that you are in coco, a soil less medium, and running the corresponding lower pH, potassium would be the likely candidate. Since it's only affecting a few leaves and has not gotten any worse I wouldn't worry about it too much. An EC of 1 is fairly low for a plant in full bloom and could have been the cause. I run soil less and generally am up to around 1,000 ppm, or EC of 2, during bloom. Having a P and K supplement on hand, such as PK13.14, can be useful in situations like this.

Hi Muddy!

Thanks for chipping in bro.

Im running mandala#1 from Mandala seeds and their strains really want an low EC so thats why i go with 1-0 and that my plants seem to love (exept them two leafes that is)

And i have a bottle of pk13/14 at home and will use it if its getting any worse.
0-6-5

Also have ripen and using that now... npk 0-6-5 and canna pk13/14 is npk 0-13-14 off course..lol

That's good to know about Mandala seeds should I ever decide to try some myself. Thanks.

Adding the ripen is probably what kept it from getting worse. Good catch!

You really should try some strains from mandala seeds bro, truly amazing genetics. My Manadala#1 was getting frost on the FAN leafes at around 3 1/2 weeks in to bloom, just crazy!

I have some 8 miles high, satori and fruitylicious in my veg room right now :)
