..pH going in is fine, but doesn't reflect what the in-pot ph is, and that's an important bit of info to have,... generally speaking, I think she's getting underfed too,... symptoms look a lot like S defc. mostly,... maybe some N too, both don't cause necrotic spots/patches until well advanced usually,...P defc. could be mixed in but masked with the yellowing, but no necrosis.... it does sort of hint at off pH, acidic likely,... here's the rub: adding more nutes into pH locked out soil will make matters worse, not better,... alternatively, if this is simple lack-of waiting to add nutes, or flushing, will do the same =

...So how to proceed,.... short of getting a quality soil pH probe right away, only thing I can think of is a hack run-off pH test; you'll need to use plain water, preferably RO/Di, or low ppm so as to not skew the results even more; no pH adjusting! ..pour through until you start getting run-off, but let the first pint or so drain off, then collect in a clean container what you need to test with your pH meter; make sure that's calibrated too,... Otherwise if that's out, roll the dice and feed more; you might want to try some foliar sprays of weak feed solution, like 1/2 str., add in epsoms (MgSO4) at 1tsp/qt; a wetting agent is a must for effective foliars, so is spraying the tops AND bottoms of the leaves,...

HF is the less hot version of Ocean Forest, but both are fairly heavy soils,... by no means though is HF like soilless/hydro' mediums, it's a true soil...
