I have been reading a lot of threads out and there and looking at grow results and see quite a few peeps out there should we say embellishing their dry yields. We all know that 3 oz doesn't fit in a single quart jar and most of us know pretty much from looking at a plant what the yield will be.

There is nothing embarrassing about getting less than a ounce from smaller plants and I still get them from time to time. I have some dwarf strains that come in small that I know will be that way and I accept it as I just like the smoke itself. I post all my results accurately for others to know what to expect with a grow similar to mine.

Dry yields should be done with a RH from 62%-65%. Please be honest folks so that others can gauge their interest in the strain and results from your hard work.

Remember its not a contest its the measuring of you hard work and labor and the results you get from the plant nothing more. The contest is growing the same strain over and over and seeing if you can increase the yield each time trying different things you learned from the last run.

There seems a fair bit of timber in scale shots as well

I have seen quite a few exaggerations... lol OH so right scott...

But calling someone out for it seem lower than, the low there pushing...

So I just don't go there...

*whips it out* ... oh :o

thought this was a pissing contest, damnitt.

I'm proud of my 20g plants man, I grew the sumbitches with my hands, emotion and time.. hell, I grew some BHDs I messed up that gave me 5-6g ea and they were in 2 gallon pots. They were MINE though and yessir they did their job!

in fact brothers, a real auto plant like a Lowryder cross type (like they all are....) give like 20 / 50 grams in the general cases and when all the seeds companies says that it can give you like 200/500 grams etc...it is just pure bull shit merchandizing to sell there stuff.

we all perfectly know that autos are not great producers...it is obvious, but you know my friends, money for those who have such many yet is more and more important than honesty to the growers and better lying saying that there "new copies" are fantastic producers.

i think that in some cases of course, some plants can produce a lot of weed but they need a lot of attention, care love and BOOSTING nutrients....if people love smoking shit it's there problem, for me nothing better than smaller productive plants, but natural grown we all my love, care, attention too.....but just natural grow stuff that i prepare myself.

SuperAutos are the only ones that outdoor produce like a non auto plant.

I get an ounce a quart jar if i pushit firmly in!Noway you get 3oz.I can barely get that is a gallon glass jar!

Id really love more outdoor yields for autos put up but it seems most dont want to share. Even with a good summer at northern latitudes & using a greenhouse the best iv seen is abot 60 grams from my best auto. It dosent matter how good a grower I become or what strain I grow Im never going to get much better yields than this outdoor at my latitude. Dense buds outdoor dont exist in colder climates & buds are always much leafyer than those grown indoor or at warmer climates. Using a greenhouse up north will get your buds a little denser and improve your yield but there still embarrassing cosidering Iv seen 60 grams from plants a quater the size grown indoor. Like scotts says its easy enough to tell when people exaggerate yields with pics so dont waste your time lying. Just my :2cents: :peace: :smokebuds:

I got 65gr from my first Russian Rocket Fuel.
I'm hoping for bigger and better things with my Think Different.
Both done in hydroponics.

I agree that an ounce/qt jar should get you in the ball park. But, I'm with cres, it serves no good purpose to challenge what someone states as their yield... who cares(or should)? It's a sign of low self esteem... they already feel badly enough about themselves... I say, give 'em a break. :D
