I´m 43. I can cough, sneeze, fart and pee all at the same time. :Windy:

Also I ache, not all of the time, but often, and nothing specific or worrying, just a general "things are starting to go downhill" ache.

Since hitting middle age, any sudden movement has to be accompanied by an appropriate groan, sigh or other suitable exclamation.

And if you´ve ever seen the tv show "grumpy old men", well I actually think they make a lot of sense "b0b's c0b"
