Hi All,

I stumbled across this awesome site while looking for some help. I am about to grow my first autos, not one or two but 1,000 or more. I am growing outdoors in the paradise of the Willamette Valley in Oregon and I need your expertise on the best possible strains and potentially where to acquire the seeds. I have some wholesale relationships established and a lot of variety to choose from, but I don't just want only the maximum yield, I want the maximum yield of first class smoke to bring to people.

I am in Northwestern Oregon, I am legal, growing to very rigorous organic standards, outdoors. Our climate is oceanic with Mediterranean features and 45 latitude. I was leaning towards Dutch Passion White Widow, but am obviously willing to be persuaded otherwise.

In general I look forward to hanging out with you upstanding citizens, sharing our grow and learning from all the experience you have and sharing what I can as time goes by.

Thanks for replying so fast! I wish I could grow one of everything  lol. I probably should have added that because of the way the computer tracking system and the mandatory testing system work, it is not feasible for me to do more than one or two varities of my autos, so I need to whittle it down and after hemming and hawing for months, I need to pull the trigger soon.

The one thing I find with strain selection, is knowing your relative humidity during mid-end flower will be critical for success. Here humidity is high during mid-end flower with it usually hitting 70% o the average. Dig up some average tables for rainfall, temps and RH throughout your expected flower period.

@dankstyle J - is a fellow oregonian, so I am sure he would have some good ideas.

If you're looking for the absolute best and a step above other autos then your gonna want to look at mephisto I have grown out several in outdoor Oregon and every time was pleased there strains are also cutting edge offering hybrids and strains other auto breeders don't have,I grow for medical, but what I look for in a strain is hardiness, resin content ,vigor ,and pain killing ,anxiety reduced they have a lot of strains that can help with those ailments.I recently am growing an indica Walter white that has more trics then several of the photo period strains I'm currently growing
.

I am a passionate man, so Dutch Passion strains are at the top of my list for top choice. Dp has some fine genetics and they are massive producers. Though I have only grown one so far(I am a multi strain grower, so I only grow one of each strain every season), Brooklyn Sunrise is at the top of my list for quality, tastes and smell.

Welcome, good to see a legal commercial grower joining....

For strain selection, I would without a second hesitation go with something from Dutch Passion, for reliable genetics, yield and quality, there's nothing better.
You don't mention how the plants will be grown, medium, pot size/type, feeding and such..... The choice of strain would depend on that if I was to make a decision on that scale, so to get qualified advise you need to spill some more beans, so to speak....

Can't wait to see what you decide on and how you get on
