Tap root/radicle has to give off carbon dioxide. You're walking a fine line keeping it that moist before sprout. You risk damping off. Domes are for clones. Fine looking pot and soil mix, just holding too much moisture under the dome.. Good luck

I followed your advice and removed the dome. Thanks for warning.
