Looking great Dude and some pretty frosty preflowers, they are going to fill in nicely.

I wish my airstone bubbled like that, do you happen to have any tricks to clean them? mine is about dead..lol

Thanks fellas, yeah man if you have a straight up basic stone a hard nylon or even brass or steel brush, but the growth will get donw into them and I used to buy several pairs and use them every two grows n then let them dry and flake off then scrub them will give you a touch more life but even bleach or anything the growth gets down in that stone and thats all she wrote after a few times usually.especially if you have HEAVY tea growth which Im guess youve have gunk ALL OVER em eh?lol yeah need new ones bro lol

lol yea that's what I figured, I do have a couple new ones I better change it out.
I have a big cylindrical one that can boil the pot pretty good, but I only make a gl at a time so its a little much.

Yeah bro when I was first brewing teas with smaller fish tank stones and flat 4" stones I swapped them out once atleast per 24-36 hour brew.so that way the life didnt hose em up quite as fast.but after say three teas there just about done at beast.lol.my 5 gallon kit was 25 bucks for the snake and 29 or so for the extraction bag.I seriously recommend this kit for an upgrade thats the bomb and affordable too.,but there are others that seem like theyre decently nice.the one I saw that I want it a steel pro ring for hydro but it slides right into the bottom of the buckt and the hose is in the middle i think.killer for a shorter brew cuz them smaller bubbles wont support life much more than a 30 hour brew or there abouts full on.need them biigger torent rolli ng bubbles for a long larger brew..lol.

And since I had to take out Mitch's gear I decided to take a few pre tea pics..lovely and lightly lopsided in some cases..realllly reeaaallllyyy annoying if ya ask me lol.but they do look lovely though.later on all.

Well I got my buddy to take out my soil bins for me and I mixed up spring times batch for next year.I'll be making up my fourth batch of my altered revs mix.I use his mix(simplified mind you lol) as my soil template among my own other additives to a fair degree.Im sorry I dont have a bokashi bin yet damnit lol.anywho,I mixed all the dry materials together and sprinkled it in as I mixed it well and one thing ive not really mentioned since I was kinda doing an experiment on a basic level.the soil after you mix it in your larger bin you want to lay your soil in there instead of tossing it in there.the weight(especially nicely damn as it should be when finished)alone will crunch the bottom soil, unless if you literally dont touch or move the bin but even then...big maybe.it lessen the respiration of the soil to a point where your soil will split sorta ,and have to be re done about half the time and re worked slightly to fix it if its not too bad.anwho, freshly slammmm baked n a cap popped a cap in my ass lol!! and not certain if you can tell but the two tea pic you can see it building if you pay close attention to the heft somewhat and the density of the floating mass slowly building.by tonight or so it'll be poppin.ill takr a few pics.THIS is when the tea really shoots up with a fair recipe as well as the gear to have it work as it should is very important for maximum awesomenessly awesome n stuff.ya kno?!! lol

Sharing a super dooper uber double ompf u Doode ROTFL!!

All the pics wont fit Ill load a seperate post for the several pics of my soil stuff so ya can see what I used if you would so like..?.. ;)

And the Soil stuffs. I used measured out stuff not ALL of what you see of the Lime.maybe a rounded somewhat 1/4 cup.and a rounded cup of Recharge too.a 1/3 cup of sugar in the raw and a cpl TBspoon of the WP's as well n mixed it all together really really well n sprinkled it over n so on n so forth OUCH my damned back..i need a triple backeotomy lmfao mu neck n my back.. O.o and yur finished soil being layed in there easy will increase its mass slightly as it would and should look something similar to this lightly raked to fit the lid n easily slide into place.ideally dont touch it.buuut.. lol
