Lighting 100x 3W LED panel, full spectrum. Any thoughts?

Hi guys

I just started getting into LED growing and doing some reading up on the entire topic. I've grown various autos without light, but now the time has come to advance :tiphat:


As my budget is low I'm considering buying this LED panel, so I thought I'd ask you more experienced people what your thoughts on this piece is..

As fare as I have investigated the company is affiliated with the Shenzhen Houyi Lightning Co. LED company.

Also, as of now I'm primarily going to experiment with the LED so something low budget that'll work is what I'm after.

Look up mars hydro almost same light with better specs I.e 3 fans instead of 2 so keeps cooler, also 3 yr warranty, for small grows there the best bang for your buck.

that light looks similar to the mars hydro http://www.ebay.com/itm/300W-LED-Gr...365?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27f55dc385 many people have had good grows with this light.I own one but prefer my 2g11 fluorescent
