As it says in title 1st grow by a real novice.
Grow space is closet approx 2ft(d) x 3ft(w) x 8ft(h). I am growing 1 BB2 from feminised seeds. I have 1 400w dual spectrum HPS lamp. They are going in 10 litre containers with JI 2 soil.
I germinated seed in paper towel for 3 days. Once taproot emerged i transferred to soil mix(i watered until about 20% run off and allowed to dry for couple of hours before I planted).
I loosely placed cling film over the top to maintain humidity to start. I have light running 18/6 after 1 day in soil. It's about 2ft away from pot.
after 2 days shoot began to emerge through soil.
It is now 5 days since seed was planted and the baby leaves have turned green although 2 are slightly yellow at the end. I have checked soil pH and it reads 6.8 so pretty good. Any ideas what caused the yellow and how to fix please tell me
