i think your meter is broke.the humidity meter was in the jar with the bud for an hour or so when reading 35/40% ? and its not been above 50 since.and the buds crumbled with little effort.
this is strange because mold should only happen if above 70% can we get some pics ?

i tried the hygrometer but the 2 seems to work..
anyway i'll open the jars everyday 1hour and see after a week..
the mold i found was only on 2 buds and probably some part of the tissue touch it..
until now no sign of mold coming.. is it possible it'll stay invisible ?
concerning the amonia smell i'm not sure.. some kind of very light strange odor..
i'll wait before smoking more.
now after the night with the tissue, part of them are no more crumble..
