New Grower 1st Grow in 30 years - 1x Short Stuff Onyx Auto / 1x Delicious Northern Lights Blue (Fem)

Couple of questions ...

The SSO continues to widen with minimal increase in height. Third set of three blades developing well. The cotyledon and single blade leaves are heavily drooping. Should I clip these or just wait for them to die off on their own? Only giving them plain water. They are in a 7-4-3 potting mix. Time to start with veg nutes?

The DNLB has moderaelty grown in height and first set of leaves are beginning to increase in size.

Both were watered to minimal run off yesterday, so no water for today.

Been reading about humidity today and realize now that the lack of it may be the cause of what I think is slow growth, or just plain old impatience. Average humidity reading is around 20%. Was concerned about over watering but have found that I need to be watering every other day. They are still temporarily indoors, so I'm going to start misting them 2-3 times a day and see how they like that, while I figure out what method of increasing humidity I'm going to use when I get them back in the grow box.

Nice grow brother!!Imyself am getting going after 20 years away from growing.Ive personally had RH as low as yours with decent results and seen some higher as well.Ive grown from seed to full flower with as low as 30% or less on average.Fair results.but if a C02 Enrichment program is used,Ive feel the results from that alone are wonderful.aside from proper food n all that.Sorry I wasnt a better help brother.Awesome stuff your doing!!

Put my nose in the SSO today and smells promising already! The DNLB is barely showing the beginning signs of its next set of leaves. 4 shots of distilled beverage for each of them today! :thumbs:

Three more days of snow forecasted. Grrrrrrr!!! Guess their stuck in my pantry closet for now. I did move the Onyx further from its lights to see if I can increase the internode distance per Muddy's recommendation.
