New Grower 1st grow White Widow and Northern Lights | 400W HID

Hi,
this is my first grow and my first grow log:

i will be growing in SilverBox Dr2 tent
will be using 400W HID light
and biobizz Fertilizers

yestrday i started my grow when the seeds will pop i will put some picture here.

Update: all 5 seeds pop out of the soil so it is 100%
i moved them to the grow tent with the 400W hid now they are 40 cm from the light later when they will be more older i will put them 20 cm

i was wondering when should i start to use fertalizer?
and which table should i use?

i have Bio Bloom Bio Grow TopMax algamic and rootjuice

i saw this table on the net

but it say only 2 weeks of grow than start flowering phase and i want 1 month growing maybe more dapends on flower

until now i only used root juice next week i am starting to use bio grow

i started to use bio grow today i water the plants once a week is it ok?

Nice looking plants . Check your soil if its mid week the. Water them with ph water only.
