Hello again guys,
Hope you are all well and had a good Holiday and New year.

I have started getting my next grow underway. Have rearranged my tent to give better ventilation than before and will scrog the plant when the time is right. may even go against the grain and top them.

I had a slow start getting the seeds to germinate which was strange as up to now I have had 100% success rate. I am guessing it may have been due to the low temperatures we have been experiencing here of late. 1 seed failed to do anything so I replaced it with my spare. When both did emerge, one of then looked very mutated. I am persisting with both, but may cull it soon. I will get pictures up later today.

I have also decided to slightly change the support medium they sit in. In the past the main base stem and root head have grown so large the net pots have been forced to split when using clay pebbles. Hence, this time I went from root riot cube into pre soaked rockwool. I hope this method proves less restrictive to root growth and formation. The rockwool cube will sit on a layer of clay pebbles and have a layer above to help prevent any nasties growing on the top of the rockwool.

Good luck with the grow brother,I'm tempted to try the Dutch Pro Auto nutes myself after seeing the Kings staggering results.

Hi Guys an Gals, Well this is the Alien looking plant. Not sure whats gone on there! Will it recover? Am sort of intrigued to see how she/he/it turns out.
Should probably just cull it..

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may have caused this?

Here is the more normal looking plant.

Topping my infant Blue Automazar

Due to two out of three seeds failing to germinate properly, I have decided to plant a new one of a different strain, and breeder in the second res pot. Not sure how this will work as nutrient requirements will no doubt be different.

I will try to keep a happy medium between the two, but this will probably be pushing the boundaries of the single res and my limited skills.

To help the new plant catch up a bit I decided to top the BAM. It is something I was considering doing on an auto anyway so am glad the opportunity arose. I may well top the resulting 2 stems again.

Can't wait to see how this unfolds bro :peace:

Well things are not looking great in the tent eight now!
the plants look like they are suffering from a Cal/mag def. I have never seen it in my other grows at this early stage. Maybe when using RO water, but in this instance I am usin tap water thats been stood for a few days!

I am wondering if my meters are out of whack.. I calibrated the PH meter and it reads as it should in PH 7 calibration fluid!

Anyone have any ideas? I will try to get some pictures up later today

Any help would be much appreciated

cal mag deficiency? Can anyone offer advice please?

Hi AFn peeps, hope you are all well an good. Here are some pictures of what I think appears to be a deficiency in my plants. Was thinking cal mag. I did add some to the res a few days ago, and it does not appear to have helped.

tomorrow is res change day anyway so I can try another approach if required
