You can always use the Ona Gel rather than the blocks. They are like BB size pellets and you can take out a spoonful or whatever and put on a dish. They work great this way, not as strong an odor and so on.

I've been looking up at what rh carbon filters start being affected by humidity and a lot of people seem to say 70% when flowering comes I will have 3 dehumidifiers running so hopefully i can bring it right down

The UK is one giant swamp at the moment.
I got some Ona gel about a week and a half ago. The quart jar comes wrapped in plastic. Apparently, the case this jar came from had one that leaked. The wrapper had a little of the gel on it. That was enough to kill the smell of my plants for a week!!! Powerful stuff really. Right now, one little pellet in a jar cover has my room under control. Now, my WW are not real stinky, but before, you could smell them in another room. No smell now! Its a good investment.
