Can u please layout the AFN legal stand regarding ownership of pics posted on AFN ?

ie this also involves the legality of pics from AFN used for 3rd party promotion

I'd simply reach out to the that 3rd party hoster (like Facebook) and say "hey, I didn't agree to let them use this, can you ask them to take it down?" If they investigate that's the case, it's easy enough.

we need a much tougher rigency from our trusted friends .. .ie that means YOU @Son of Hobbes

u have to spearpoint our efforts ...

for instance ... i have quams after finding my AFN Main page ... didn't load until i allowed the twitter platform ...

i believe quite a big chunk of your fan base relies on your trust !

and atm .. lets say im a very hopeful questioner but not a believer yet !

I'd be careful throwing around the word lawsuit, I don't think you realize how the law actually works with copyright and trademark. But we'll be diligent I assure you.
