New Grower 2ND Grow Journal - Cream Caramel,White Widow & Northern Light

I wish I knew how much it gets better, from what most say it's just taste and smell, but a few think it increases the high somehow, I don't know cause I haven't had the luxury of time to quantity to let it cure, the longest I think I've made it so far is like a week maybe week and a half, but I didn't notice any difference really. One day hopefully next grow I'll have enough I won't worry, as for now, well I'm limiting my experience.

So I chopped the WW monday day 89 and she has one more day of drying then into the jars.
The Nl got chopped yesterday, day 91 and just got hung up
I will update on final yield in a couple of days.

Hi, final report, some what.
So I'm not sure what happened, the WW did get stunted and only produced 38g, ok not the issue, the issue is it doesn't smoke for shit, now last grow it was sticky and smelled good as hell and got ya feelin good, this time around the smell during growing was the same and it was sticky as hell until I cut her down, maybe I was over jealous with my trimming but it's not sticky at all now that it's dry and I only see a few trichs now, less than the NL which is crap too, and it really doesn't get me high, a little bit but I'm on my 2nd bowl and it's not there, I get the same from regs. Just not sure how I go from sticky to not sticky, it did get up to 95 deg the last two days before I chopped her. Grr
As for the NL, damn I'm just disappointed, she ended up giving me only 46g, and although I can see a bunch more trichs than last grow it doesn't seem to do it for me either, that and it's real hairy, not really filled out and real hairy. We rolled a blunt last night for the game and yea, at halftime we were packing the bowl with some CC to get us right. The CC is is def coming into her own, now that it's been curing for a couple weeks and so sticky still,mmm.
Ok so this grow was a bust for some reason. The CC came out good but low, the WW was real low but seemed good till the chop, the NL did about the same as last grow which was tease me. AND for the KK's, well I had one get infested with all kinds of things, after the spider mites I left her outside and ants found there way, killing them just left a mess, so I chopped them both and stuck them in paper bags and I will make oil I guess outta them in a couple of days. Need to go back through these posts and find the best ways to make it.
Well, I'm about to finally order my next batch of seeds, I was going to order Think Diff, Black Devil and NL Blue, but now I'm debating on the NL blue and thinking I should find another high yielding strain. Oh well, and hopefully chick will allow the LEd purchase but she is still being difficult . Thanks for reading this if you did, credit to you...

Maybe I actually smoke too much, maybe that's the issue...

look for my next grow..... HA there will be one but still.

Good Luck, Man The key to making it worth it is sometimes what you can learn and take away from it other than smoke

Maybe some cure time will strengthen those buds up a bit....

By Black Devil, do you mean Dark Devil?

Sidenote: I have had a few veterans mention that the NL Blue is actually really good....might not want to boot that one.

Trap- Yes sir, not really sure why I wrote black. I'm looking at 3 Think Diff 3 Dark Devil and 2 Northern Light Blue then if your suggesting I give it try.


Q. Do you really think potency increases with cure?
I've def noticed a better smell as time goes on but I don't notice an increase in affect. Hmm
and I've read in places that the potency doesn't necessarily increase but the high can change the longer it cures, I'm assuming cause of the trichs continuing to degrade some... ?? IDK

Hopefully the WW will come back to what she's supposed to be cause I'm almost out of the CC already and the NL I'm not expecting too much from.
