New Grower 2nd Grow. RQS White Widow and Royal Haze. GrowNorthern LED

Yeah bro, definitely switch to bloom nutes - will get you to a faster finishing time.

The Epsom Salts is key when that yellowing starts up bro.. Sulphur and Magnesium are key for transportation and absorption of nutrients.

If that LED ain't giving much heat I would definitely move it closer to the canopy---at least a foot closer as long as there isn't much heat radiating from it. Some plants look like they are wanting to be closer.

Nothing wrong with some purpling of the stem.

Some of your plants look a bit over-watered---or very much on the verge of being watered too often.

Yellowing of older leaves is alright...I'd remove them---especially the ones near the bottom.

Best of luck to you!

YUp You got the good info already...cant add anymore to that lol Nice grow!!They should be really moving upwards by now gaining a inch a day..i measure mine daily!Have one 3feet had to bloom it!

Day 45

Thought I'd do an update off the progress so far. The haze has still got a bit off yellowing going on although it has seemed to off slowed up since the last feed that i gave them a few days ago. I'm really stumped as to why this is happening as both plants are in the same soil and have bin getting the exact same feed as i mix it all up in a 5liter bottle first. The WW is doing just fine and im rather impressed with her. Smells so dam fruity.

What do you reckon for the next feed lads? plain water or hit them with the epsoms and bloom nutes again?

Well, both plants won't necessarily require the same feed.. That's definitely the way my magnesium issue showed. Possibly water the WW first, then add an additional 1/8-1/4 teaspoon Epsom to the remaining water before you water the Royal Haze..

I think the stretch looks great for an autoflower, especially under an LED - you want some stretch like that - but if your vertical growth has stopped, you can bring the light to 12" from the canopy. :thumbs

Never feed with every watering in dirt, all of the nutrients aren't used up between waterings.. I feed ~66% of the time (three waterings a week? water feed once, water plain once, water feed once)

Bring the lights in, get a little more Epsom in the water before feeding the Royal Haze .. see if it makes a difference, :2cents:

ARe you useing rain water and adding a cal mag or useing phed sink water and adding molasses and epsom salt?Aslo a tds/ec meter will help out tons.Looks like a good haul under those skirts though.:slap:

Hey WG
I did what you suggested and gave the ww plain water and the haze a tad of epsoms and have brought the light in closer. You said
(three waterings a week? water feed once, water plain once, water feed once)
Well i have bin doing feeds with every watering, i also did the same with the automazar. This has now got me thinking that perhaps i have bin getting to much salt build up in my mediums and causing lock outs? Because i've bin doing nute feeds with every watering, do you think i should go for another plain watering?
Edit- Should i drop amount of water per plant down to 1 liter rather than 2.5 to allow me to get the 3 waterings a week in? cause at the moment it takes 4days before the pots are light.

Hey doobie.
Thank you for the rep. I have bin using tap water that i have bin letting sit bubble for 24hours (sometimes more) I also add all my ingredients before adjusting the ph. Unfortunately i only have a cheap ph pen and can not afford a tds/ec meter. This is going to be my last grow for the mean time as i want to get the house valued. Have had the mortgage paid off for just over 10years so will be nice to know the value of the house now days. I will start up again once i have that out the way.

Little update with were I'm at with this current grown.
Day56. Last feed was plain water, this feed is going to be plain water with some epsoms in. All the trichomes on both plants are milky and look like they are nearly done. It's only week8 and they are meant to take up to 10-12 weeks. Should i chop them after another watering?
