I hear ya, but, I can do it, plenty of motivation there financially, plus, it's a good excuse to let this thing dry and cure properly without sampling for a few weeks. Out of sight, out of mind, best way to lay off it. Only been 8 days though since I quit. (I work out a lot and am not overweight at least, and have test kits).

Any ways, I can see where my "potency problems" with the last stunted RRF are coming from I think, as this one is not only 3X as big, it's still pushing out pistils (especially at the bottom) daily, and I'm on day 61, and there's a lot of orange hairs. The sugar is much more noticeable after several weeks of the Hi-Brix molasses/Bio Bud. I suppose the Sativa genes are what gives it that extra week or two.

I'm getting a little tired of the OF soil.

Flushed heavily today with FloraKleen and a gallon of water (2 tsps of FK) at 6.7 ph (run-off has been around 6.2).

Hope to cut her down this time next week, but will wait until she's completely ready.

Approx day 66, looks like growth has stopped, flushed with plain water yesterday, Florakleen a few days before that, most hairs are orange, lower buds still have some white pistils (all i'm judging by at this point).

I guess it'll help to wait another 3-4 days? Put her under CFL's as I wanted to get the AKR in the LED flower box/PC case. Fan leaves are falling off/drying up and are obviously yellow'd.

Any ways, dunno at this point, so, guess it won't hurt to wait a few days before harvesting?

I think the OF soil is my issue with leaf discoloration early in flowering, run-off is always 6.0-6.2 - guess I need to up the water PH from now on with it.

also, i think you would be much better off using happy frog instead. no burn to stunt growth unless your over feeding with solubles

I just can't deal with the fake urine right now, too much stress and I'm too old for that kind of stuff. I think the discoloration I'm still getting is due to PH still - the organic solubles shouldn't "burn" my plants in the amts I'm using. Since I've corrected my PH issues, I've noticed my Kush Ryder is looking much healthier/greener at this stage than anything I've grown so far, although I attribute some of that to the Rare Earth supplement I'm using now, mixed into the soil.

Today is day 70 and I suppose I could cut her down, but I am still seeing clear trichs and some (minimal) more recent white pistil growth coming out of some of the buds a bit, I put her in the dark for about 24 hours yesterday and now have the CFL's on her again for now, until I decide what to do. Not sure if waiting another day or two will make a difference, but I guess it won't hurt? So I may just do that, since I can't smoke any of it any ways, any time real soon.

Went ahead and harvested the RRF today, 74 days in, I couldn't wait any longer, and trichs looked mostly cloudy with the abundance of red hairs - so I assume it'll be fine. Super, super sticky and major thick buds, can't wait to smoke it in a week or two hopefully.

46.7 grams (1.64 oz's) wet + stem on main cola = pretty happy with that for a PC grow in a one gallon pot. The main cola alone weighed 30.4 grams, although the stem probably takes 5 grams off of that. Hoping for an oz dried, but am not sure, that is my target goal for each plant I grow.

Pics below. (I do a light job trimming at first until they dry, then go in and clean up and remove stems if I can, then cure - but I guess that's normal).

Pretty happy with this one - if she smokes as well as she should, will definitely do the RRF again - great indoor plant, just a bit of a slow one, extremely low odor (almost none) the entire grow.

Now I can focus on my AKR that's going on 4 weeks.
