Thanks SG. I'm having problems with my bud drying out way too fast here and it becomes really fluffy/crispy and fragile, and it loses all of its weight, so I need to experiment with some humidity packs Thai Buddha recommended, next time.
Buds that look like they weigh 5 grams or so end-up weighing less than a gram, for instance, and it'll be hard to even give this stuff away with that kind of yield, to a friend in need, it's a joke. My main cola went from 30+ grams w/stem to less than 11 g's dry in 2 days. I just put them in a grow box (no light of course), close it up, and have a small pc fan running underneath them to keep from molding, while they sit on/in metal shower holders (in pics) so air flows above and below them. Frustrating as hell.
I had the same fluffy/dryness issues with my Lowryder #2, although that stuff stoned you silly and smelled the place up, it was really light/fluffy also.
All that said, the RRF is a small yielder anyways (10-20 g's at most usually) so I'm not "that" far off at around 12-13 g's I guess.
I'm starting to wonder if my PH issues are affecting both potency and weight/yield though, my run-off has been around 6.1-6.2 with the
OF, so I'm throwing in Dolomite Lime and watering at 6.8 now, to see if that raises it, I've been too low the entire time I think.
My Afghan Kush looks pretty healthy, better than the RRF any ways, but I'm fighting to get the PH up and keep it in-range, so I guess I'll see if I'm on to something there. I will probably go with different soil (maybe Coir, maybe not) next time and stick to org liquid nutes.
