Hi folks

Ive now got 3 plants, which I think are almost ready but would love a second opinion?

All have been flowering for around 11 weeks now.

Plant 1: Northern Lights - I think this is ready?

Plant 2: Amnesia Haze - Maybe ready?

Plant 3: Royal Cheese - maybe 1 more week?

Any opinion would be superb! Cheers!

Your plants look the part, but to be sure you should look at the trichomes. A good starting point would be 20% amber, 70% milky, 10% clear
A decent smartphone makes these kind of pictures...

And a usb hand microscope can go in a little more detail.

Thanks in advance for any advice / opinions!

staggered harvest might do for you if your in doubt

All three need some more time.
First RC2, then NL2 and finally AH2. If I needed to guess I would say two, three and four weeks...

Thats a damn long flowering time thatll be 13+ weeks flowering!

Any tips of forcing them to finish with the GF moving in, in about 2 weeks... Ive already reduced the light to 10 hours a day from 12.

Why reduce the lighting cycle? The more light you give them at this point the quicker they’ll finish. If finishing early is an issue, I’d be driving light into them 24/7 at this point.

By reducing the light hours you only make it worse. I would say up the amount of time the lights are on. ie, 20/4

Theyre not autos, just feminised - so didnt want to trigger them back into veg? Or at least that was my thinking!
