Lighting 30-35$ 3590 top bins

That's the easy part. Cobs are so much more efficient then hps you can use half the wattage to achieve the same light. I don't have any side by side data on Cree vs citizen but I do read specs all the time that are in citizens benefit.
 
Yeah the 3590s on a site i was looking at said they produce 10000 lumen while the citizens only produce 4800ish. 4800 is close to what the hps does. But i think they are tested at their "rated" amperage. confusing lol

I don't have the exact specs as far as side by side goes but I do know the citizen is better than the 3590 especially at high wattages.
