Try going a little under 12 hours. What variety is it, and can you post a pic?
What are you using for a grow medium and nutes?

There's no standard for ratings, reminds me of the old days when a 30 watt stereo
would have 600 watts of "peak power". Yup, it could do 600 watts, for 1/1000th of a second.

i think its blue cheese I'm using co co soil and co co A and B, Under 12 hours dark,Ill try and get a pic soon can't at the min mate.
thanks

just to be clear, I meant under 12 for light, say 11 and 45?

They use LED's rated for 3 watts, x say 130 =390 watts, BUT they only drive them to about 50-60% of rated power so they won't brunout fast. I always look to see if they list actual power draw. But if the price is right, you can probably bu 2 for less than one that's driven to full power.

yep thats right on, power rating is just math of max watt x number of led has nothing to do with how well the light is really put together or what they really drive lights at. i always look for good spectrum, good company, (california light works, lighthouse, blackdog, blu) etc... hope it works out for you 132 3w leds should still be decent light for ya if you don't see pistils by 19 days something might be up. check for light leaks, male flower clusters, ... Hope it works out well for you
