That's a good point here in Canada they could of keep it open with etranfers

They work well for Canada it’s a good system there but bank transfers in other parts of the world are not so straightforward unfortunately, High fees and slow waiting times...

Bitcoins stability does not matter. You're not holding coin. You're buying and sending it immediately . When you order seeds with Bitcoin you have about 10 to 20 mins to send the coin. Order what you need in coin and send it. In and out.
