Check out 62% humidity packs from boveda. That's what I have settled on doing this run.

yeh they seem perfect i was thinking of getting some, i have a load of 65% ones i bought before the 62% were available
i never have a huge amount so usually end up opening jars regularly enough anyway even just for a sniff. got 4 hygrometers i keep in jars that need them too so i fear mold more during the grow than in the jar. ill pick some up next im on ebay/amazon.
cheers dady, its going well enough im surprised more problems havent popped up because due to some crappy ph pens i havent checked runoff much atall. seems to be stable enough but had some Mg deficiencies. i forgot that there was alot of N in cal/mag and have been feeding alot to the plants through flower, i think it may have slowed them down a bit which might make me have to cut them slightly early but hopefully not. theyre not overly green but id expect a bit more yellowing. 16 days left till what i had planned. i know they could go alot longer but i have time constrains i have to end before some visitors come over... same as last time but hopefully i make it to some way mature.
i might have a little longer to add onto that anyway.
i think im going to cut all 4 at once so i can dry them in the tent with the filter. should speed up the process too slightly.
i find it hard to explain/pick out effects i think just because i havent had anything worth noticing till i started growing and since then only 5 strains so far so cant really compare it to others. i went on a walk and tried the first joint and it was much stronger than i thought it would be taking early, all trics were cloudy. didnt make me dozy after an hour of walking around in the dark looking at bats, little giddy i rambled on a bit. pretty up high makes my eyes go a bit slow/heavy lol if you get me. as i said not really able to pick out all too much but smell wise still curing but it smells nice and fruity/sugary/and then what i assume is what people smell when they say fuel/diesel but not all that much.
the RRFs effect is all of that mess above anyway. i had a less rambly reply typed up while sober but the computer died.

thanks maine yeh its pretty tasty a bit fruity/sugary/fuel in that order, brought me back to the first one i chopped with one sniff. bit rough and as its a little airy its gonna have more stalk in it but its nice to have two strains to switch between too. very strong though, im not sure if its just because its a new strain but i thought it would be weaker with its age. happy its able to cripple me :smoke:
im waiting for the easyryders though i love them. super tric covered on the way to being white.
grew it for my first grow with the same strains as this grow. easyryders did really well with big dense buds and no problems with bad temps and other abuse while the rrf just survived. seems like a good starter strain. theres a weird smell off of them, like rotten meat... its intoxicating
.heres last time i grew ER's and RRF's. diary got wiped out.

all flowering well, the stink is increasing.
gave them another dose of canna pk 13/14 today, nearing the end now. the easyryders are super frosty, especially noticable on the popcorn buds. itll be good for hash. :smoke:
ive got the 2 pre harevst buds from the rrf down to near 70% humidity so ill test in a few days.

alls quiet just feednig every two days of so now and waiting fot them to chunk up. alot seem airy and look foxtail'y. temps seem ok but theres lots of signs of heat stress so not really sure what to do. think ill just leave them, too late now anyway.
got slight little purple tips on one of the easyryders the smallest furthest along one. seems like its near done, not really much new pistil growth. hopefully itll have another burst before i have to chop.
super frosty though.
one of the larger multi cola plants seems pretty far behind. im sure that will not get all the time it needs.
the runt is still growing weirdly and not really doing anything usefull so i think its time to take it out. probably just throw sugary bits in with the trim.

the camera im using is pretty good, lots of settings to fiddle around with barely know how to use it myself and the pics end up at around 3000x2000 so even if you take a pic far away when i have to make it smaller to fit on here i can just crop what i need. other than that if you have a digicam with a macro setting usually a flower symbol, thats usually your best bet.
or a manual focus if thats an option.
if its blurry up close take it further away with a flash and you can crop/zoom on your computer.
hard to know without having your camera to mess around with for a while. i just take a lot of pics and pic the best as well. hid lighting seems to help get a clear pic too but colour is off obviously. i find if you then use a flash it kinda evens out the white, theres something like white balance on mine so i can make things darker than they are too which is handy for flashing up close without ending up with a bit white blob in the end.
