I use a gilette mach 3; tried other multi-blade razors, never saw a real reason to use them or the vibrating ones.
I use a nice shaving gel, and nivea aftershave lotion. Works well enough for me; I never get cuts or ingrown hairs, and as long as I don't wait more than a few days between shaves no real irritation.
I can't grow a 'stache, so periodically I let my facial hair grow out and see how it looks. Gradually, the 'stache is coming along, but still by and large no real upper lip growth.
