A Garden Of Goodies

Thanks for all the likes, guys. Some news to update. ...

First, outdoor plants, blackberry finally starting to fade some leaves in earnest.

I had already removed a few leaves last night that were shading bud sites. What a difference a day makes.

Also the Ripley's OG suddenly has that funky rotting type smell back up front. This is an expected pheno according to the catalog. It's quite unusual! Not unpleasant but man it's funky. I can't wait to get these harvested and cured and see what she's like.

Going to have company next weekend, so creates a small dilemma in that I'll have to take everything, including the indoor, and stash it in the shed for a day. Kind of annoying but trying to keep the peace with the inlaws. It creates the convenient opportunity to chop the outdoor next Friday before the visit, but I think they need closer to 2 weeks more. I would hate to go through all this work and waiting and then jump ship early. I haven't taken any test buds yet, I'm just going by the appearance of the buds.

I'll update the indoor in a few....

You can see, the SODK on the left has a problem, and was not over watering, but something more nefarious. Could be the fungus gnats, they are not totally eradicated. Her stem is extremely thin and looks like I'll have to cull it and start a new one.

The g14 and night queen are doing fine. I'm a little nervous about the queen in particular as I've seen quite a few folks getting small plants from her. I'm going to pot them up here this afternoon as I don't want to impede those roots and send the queen the wrong message. I'd like to keep them in the tent as I like the 24hrs light, but I'll have to hang my fan to pull that off. I'm thinking it over. The octos will also increase the humidity somewhat. I might just let them go outside

@hecno thanks for the kind compliments, it's really a pleasure to grow the plants outdoors under natural sun. I'm lucky I can have them right on the patio, and marvel at them frequently during the day. I highly recommend it if your security, bugs, and weather allow it.

Thanks again for checking them out, and thanks for the rep :toke:
