Hi all! Rhyce Saroni here. I've been a devout organic gardener since I was 12 years old. I grew some real nice sativa in the out of doors some 35 years ago. The plants always grew to 12 to 16' tall in five gallon buckets hidden on the edge of a marsh which was on my property.

Well, now I'm mostly retired (a little consulting now and then), I've got a perfect area in which to grow and I'm getting a medical license in my state where I'm allowed to grow up to 10 plants at a time for my consumption. More than what I'll ever need for my condition (Glaucoma). So I'm taking my hard earned money and investing it in yet another hobby that will save this old man money. Something which gets much more important when one is no longer working. Plus I really need something to do during such cold Northeast winters here in the US.

Check out my first organic, artsy fartsy, hippie style grow...:peace:https://www.autoflower.org/f139/auto-berry-feminized-first-auto-indoor-grow-old-gardner-40242.html

Rhyce :Smoke no Evil:

Auto's seemed like my best choice for a variety of reasons, not the lease of which is that they will allow me a constant rotation of crop and more than ample amounts of medicine.
After I've got my toes in the dirt with this effort, I intend to grow for other friends who have licenses. I eventually hope to at least double my set-up and focus on expanding to growing a constant supply of high CBD strains for my friends who suffer from Arthritis and other painful complications from chronic disease.

Well RS, I am surprised to see you are a Northeasterner (yankee to those of us south of the MasonDixon line)
I would have figured you for being a San Franciso treat!
Greetings without regard to your local!
:Sharing One:

Yeah GB I'm a native of the Northeast. But I've spent about a third of my life in South Florida and another portion as a 'Left' coaster based out of San Fran and the Bay area. But now I've inherited this old house and have moved north for a while.

Cheers from a Winn-Dixie fan! Oh yes, and Bluebell Ice Cream too. I miss both of them. MUNCHIES!!!

Time for a vape! :Hookah:

Rhyce,

What a great intro. Thanks for that brother. Any artsy fartsy hippy type is a friend of mine. Enjoy all that is AFN, we are here for ya.

Keep posting and enjoy your hobby.

Welcome Rhyce! Glad you are growing your own. Nothing like harvesting the fruits of your labor! If you need anything, let us know! From the looks of your journal, you are well on your way. Nice grow space!

Hey and Welcome!
Another NE type of person! I don't know about where you are but where I am seems like the great white north! I'll tell you that having my indoor garden room in my basement is really special and helps me greatly during this season. Glad you stopped by, look forward to seeing you about the place.
Peace and happy growing.

Thanks briman! If you ever saw my property, you'd wonder why I hadn't done this sooner. Truly the question I am asking myself. All of this was my Christmas gift to myself. I literally count the days till I can get out in my garden. Not this year! I'm doing it now in my own Little Shop of Horrors...:Growing: Yuk, yuk, yuk...

Dude, great minds... Basement gardening is the bomb :stylez rasta smoke:. Most people don't even know that this part of my basement exists. The place is a maze. The room has a south facing window to I get the advantage of solar gain on sunny days. My girls are loving the climate I've created. I'm loving it too!

As to where I am in the Northeast, lets put it this way. The weatherman just got off the TV after telling us we're going to have a three day snow storm beginning on Sunday! More to come after that on Thursday... Woah! I haven't experienced anything like this here since the 1978!

Great white north!
