i tested the promix i used to start a few seed.they are not doing as good as i expected.never used a ph tester.anyway i put soil and powder together with distilled water and let it set.it looks to me that ph is around 6.0---potash shows high-----

Those test kits aren't always accurate so if you can afford it buy a good ph meter.I would retest it again and if it's still at 6 you could get buy with that but it should be closer to 6.5.you will need some ph up liguid to raise the ph.Post a pic of the seedling if you can.
