I have to say a Thank You to AutoPotUSA for their customer service...
Last week I received an order that was short 2 pots, after leaving a message Friday evening they returned my call Monday morning...
I told them to hold on to my order until next time (It won't be long) but they insisted on sending them asap...
They also insisted on sending me some freebies (photos attached)...
Anyone know anything about this Fish Sh!t...???...lol

Re. service quality, I had the same experience - the root socks I needed were different than the ones I received. The company's communication was instant and excellent, and the missing root socks were sent immediately at no expense whatever to me. 10/10 in my books.

And to top it off, the autopots themselves are even more effective than I hoped. Great product, stellar service.
