Sweet Seeds A4's Cream Mandarine

Well, I lost one due to low humidity. The cold weather swept through last week, I went in the grow room when the lights had came on and the last one was slumped over with the stem pinched off. The RH was 17%, just entirely too low for her. So, I grabbed my water bottle and started misting the tops until I could get my dehumidifier in there. Well, after misting to tops I noticed it was my nutrient bottle. So now my two other young ones have some nute burn on them. When it rains it pours. They are bouncing back, just some scars from the nutrients. I will update with some pictures tonight. So at present I have one in Promix and one in DWC.

Im sure they will recover for just fine man. Wow thats some seriously RH% mine is always up near the 50-60 without my dehumidifiers.

Day 11

So, like I said earlier, I screwed up and thought I was misting my girls with plain water and it was my nutrient solution for foliar feeding so I have a little nute burn. They appear to have pulled through just fine. That was about 6 days ago and they are beginning to take put on some growth now.

Feed Schedule w/ Metrop:

DWC @ 5.9 pH

MR1 1.2 ml/gallon
Amino Root 1.6 ml/gallon
Calgreen .4 ml/gallon

Promix @ 5.9 pH

MR1 1.6 ml/gallon
Amino Root 1.6 ml/gallon
Calgreen .4 ml/gallon

Ouch , can you do anything hydro wise? like flush? or is topical burn just take it as it is? ill take it as no because you did it that many days ago.

Yeah man, it is just topical burn. I sprayed them with water as soon as I realized it but under those lights with the low RH those pores were really open. My guess is, if I hadn't have noticed that quickly they would have been as good as dead within a few hours. Not much you can do with foliar feedings except try to get it off as quickly as possible.

roger that, im glad it wasn't fatal. Ps i saw the pics from last month, very amazing. You had very good competition. Just a side note in those contests size does not necessarily matter.

Well, I have been tossing it back and forth for a while. With Mr. Ganjamoto's success I really couldn't put it off any longer. So that was my intention really, to see if the DWC would that much better than the Promix. That is the reason for growing them side by side with the same nutrients under the same lights with the same strain. I want to see if DWC is going to produce better yields. So, we will see what happens.
