Thanks Waira, after that post I don't know where to begin. Let's begin with a very limited smoke report. Fired up the first bowl last night even though it isn't even close to being cured it is hanging around 65% in the jars. These will need a month to cure at least because the flavor still isn't there. The smell profile is changing also to more of a mild fruit flavor. The immediate taste on the tongue is like pop rocks, it definitely awakens the taste buds. The high sets in after two hits and for me three was the perfect number. About 3 minutes in it gets very giddy and happy and a couple of minutes later the heart starts to pound and you can hear the freight train coming in the ears. Yes, it is pretty intense. It took about 30 minutes and a good chill starts coming on, not really relaxing but sorta indica'ish. Overall I am super stoked about how this does in another couple of weeks. Definitely a day time smoke. I will do a better report in a couple of more weeks and get a dried bud shot up for you this evening. The trichs don't look that impressive honestly but for what there is they are intense. I have a couple more that I am growing in 3 gal airpots that I have started adding tons of langbeinite and calcium to. They are looking like they may outproduce these two already with the flower set they have at week 6. I will throw some pictures up.
The satori, my wife killed. The Fire99, my wife killed. My best Night Queen mother, my wife killed. I was gone for a week and she forgot about watering my veg tent, damn stoners! so I am having to start over. The other one that MrN passed on to me she killed as well. I believe I have more Fire99 and MrN's genetics but honestly I haven't opened my fridge in the past month or two to look. I have been working on chopping these, cleaning up and getting some clones transplanted lately. Trying to get my room stacked up again. I will shoot you a message when I get some of them going again. Luckily the Satori I have about 6 more seeds but they aren't fems so it will be a shot in the dark as to if I can pull a decent female out of them.
Again, thanks for the kind words. My apologies on not being more involved but with Summer coming to an end I have been devoting most of my time to cleanup and enjoying what little bit of nice weather we still have. I will jump back in with both feet as Old Man Winter begins to talk hold.
LOL! -Complete with that awesome Sati' rush... And the flavah, good as it now, will be dangerously delish' when cured to A4 spec's! WOW! the cherry aromatics are the best I've ever had,... a name bandies around a lot in strain names, but this was almost like it had soda flavoring in it! Fingers crossed they can make more of it just like this....
